• Good for salads, sides, main dishes (sliced, diced, smashed, blended), and picture-perfect meals! 
• Store in fridge crisper in air tight container for 1 week, but eat ASAP! Yes, you can add lemon juice to stop a browning avo or place in beeswax wrap or an avo saver. Once ripe, store avo away from other fruit.

Top Tip: To ripen quickly, place an avo next to an apple / pear / banana in a brown paper bag.
