Sprout, Alfalfa
These are from the Healthy Sprout Company and a product of Australia. This is the germinated seedling of Alfalfa plant.
Apart from its slightly weird name, there’s nothing wrong with Alfalfa. Actually everything is right about it — it’s easy to use (just throw it down), low-joule, full of protein, with vitamin A, D, E, K, potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron.
The farming communities of Australia know the benefits of Alfalfa …it’s Lucerne that's grown for feeding stock.
