Cauliflower

We thank our gluten-free and wholefood warriors for the cauliflower rice and cauliflower pizza craze. May be it lifted household nutrition. It certainly boosted the vegie intake for many kids and adults in our family.

But the true heroes of produce are the growers, and our Aussie farmers have braced floods, fire, drought, and now pandemics to keep producing great vegies, like these Caulis that make it from our store to your kitchen. Thank you. Thank you farmers.

These are a good source of vitamin C, K, B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B6, B9 (folate/folic acid), manganese and potassium.

These caulis are special. They are from Aussie farmers, most located in Queensland. Because they are fresh, you'll be surprised how they taste and last.
