Potato, Gold, Washed

The Yukon Gold potato is an all-purpose potato that will retain its shape better in potato salad and also makes the best mash.  The skins may be left on for more nutrition (YAY! who doesn't love to skip the messy peeling part?!). 

• Freshest all year.
• Good for salads, pizza, pasta, roasting.
• Store in cool and dry cupboard, unwashed, away from onions. Washed may be placed in fridge up to 5 days.
