Nectarine, White
This white-fleshed summer stone fruit is magical! Who wouldn't love a smooth-skinned peach? These are super sweet, and ready to eat when still firm and crunchy!!
Each is approximately 80g, which counts as one fruit (in your recommended 2 per day) with antioxidants, phenolic compounds, fibre and loads of vitamins!
A nectarine belongs to the same family as plums, peaches, and apricots.
- Freshest in summer.
- Good for salad, snacks, dessert, jam, marinades. Eat firm and crunchy or when riper, soft, juicy (lower in acid).
- Store in airtight container / bag in fridge when they're ripe ( when you can softly press in with a gentle palm). Leave them in a paper bag to ripen at room temp.
