Mother nature nailed this colour combination! Whenever we open a passionfruit that’s deep purple to expose swollen sweet sacs of translucent yellow and black pepper, we stop and simply breathe it in. Marvellous. You can’t dream this up. It’s nature…amazing to look at AND eat.
- Freshest in end of summer & winter.
- Good for snacks, cereal topper, desserts (pavlova isn't the same without it), baked goods (eg, cakes, slices and curd). The sweet and tart taste works well in white meat dishes (fish, pork, chicken).
