Dutch Cream is waxy and good for mashing, frying, as well as serving cold in a salad. It's Maree's favourite spud as it is naturally buttery and creamy, so there's no need to add any!
Store in cool and dry cupboard, unwashed, away from onions. If washed, place in fridge for up to 5 days.

Top Tip
If you are roasting this type of potato, try boiling them first so they become crisp outside and fluffy inside.
