Ever placed a raspberry hat on a white grape? The kids will laugh, they look like gumnut babies.

It's a 'superfood' that gives a sweet reward for little joules, fibre, vitamin C and antioxidants. It's also kind on the gut (lower FODMAP than most fruits).

Grab a punnet for a super-transportable and healthy snack.

Raspberries have high levels of antioxidants, but they also contain 'ellagic' (used in cancer treatment, and for stomach upset) and 'salicylic' acids (known for protecting against heart disease).
