Rocket Leaves
Arugula, or rocket, has a ‘bitey’, peppery flavour that you’ll love or hate. The younger leaves are milder and look like spinach. We can’t get enough of fresh rocket to jazz up a side dish. It is super nutritious with vitamin A, C, K, folate and so much more!
- Freshest ..pretty good all year round.
- Good for adding colour and flavour to salads, starters. It works so well with Mediterranean recipes – that is where it originated.
- Store in a tea towel (or bento cloth if you have one!) tied in a loose knot. Allow them to breathe by loosely packing.
Did you know? Rocket is in the same family as kale, cauliflowers, mustard greens.
