Look closely at the rib and veining on each leaf, and you'll want to get your colouring pens out. With rolling patterned outer leaves and tightly packed inner leaves, you're forgiven for staring at this creepy beauty. The cabbage is mild, and a little sweet and peppery. The inner leaves are tender, and crunchy.
